Express Delivery - UK orders placed before 12 noon will arrive next day (Monday to Thursday - excluding Bank Holidays). Please note, we are unable to deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Delivery Times are for in stock products only.

Collection in store – you can collect your order from our shop in Burnham Market. You must bring a copy of your order, paper or electronic, and photographic identification with you (i.e. driver’s license or passport), along with proof of address.

All Deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.

Returns Policy

Whilst we hope that you will love the items you have ordered from us, we do accept that there are occasions when you may need to arrange a return.

We will exchange or refund any item that you are not happy with or change your mind about as long as the goods are returned in the original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us via email or phone to discuss, retaining your invoice as proof of purchase telling us whether you would like to exchange or refund your goods.

This includes items purchased in the Sale.

Goods purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.

In the interest of hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund any pierced jewellery unless faulty, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Engraved items are non-returnable/non-refundable.


Processing your Refund

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

In the event of the item arriving damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, it is preferred if you can send a photograph first of the damaged or faulty item for our records. Once we have received and confirmed the faulty or damaged goods a replacement or refund will be arranged for you.

Unless the goods are deemed defective or damaged, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Urban Armour (the goods must be in the original packaging). Please retain your proof of postage as without this we are not liable for any items that fail to reach us. Please note that we only refund for the amount of the items purchased and are not responsible for the return postage costs.


Exchanging a Gift

For refund requests, please note that we can only refund the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.

If you received an Urban Armour item as a gift, and it is not suitable, you can return it within a 28 day period. Please send your order following the Exchanges & Returns Procedure above, ensuring it is in its original packaging with your gift receipt enclosed and returns form completed.

For exchanges, if the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.
